OUR CHAIRMAN
OUR RESIDENTS
We currently have 36 residents. Here is what some of them have to say about their experience of living at St.Scholastica's .
OUR STAFF
As the current holder of the chair of trustees in a long line of succession going back 150 years to our foundress, Elizabeth Harrison, I would like to thank you for taking the time to visit our website. St Scholastica's has been providing warden assisted sheltered accommodation to Roman Catholics over the age of 60 who are of limited financial means since 1861. Over the years there have been many changes but the fundamental purpose envisioned by Elizabeth has been faithfully fulfilled by generations of Trustees right down to the present time. We look forward to welcoming you to St Scholastica's.

As Warden and Deputy Warden we are entrusted with the day-to-day management of the Retreat, with a special concern for the residents' well-being.
We both live on site and enjoy sharing our lives with our fellow residents.
